### The Space
The "GREY" room, where you will be staying, is part of the Ca’Lea property, a charming independent residence with a private entrance. Built in the early 1900s, it has been fully renovated and equipped with all modern comforts, advanced technologies, and eco-friendly features.

The house is spread over two floors (no elevator): ground floor and first floor, and consists of:
- 3 double bedrooms, each with a private en-suite bathroom, complete with sanitary facilities and a shower;
- A main hall with a kitchen and tables, ideal for studying, working remotely, having breakfast, etc.;
- A private garden;
- 3 parking spaces.

The structure is divided as follows:
- **Ground floor**: The "Grey" room (your room) and the main hall (kitchen with recreation/work area) with access to the garden and parking spaces.
- **First floor**: The "Red" and "Green" rooms, both offering a fantastic view of the surrounding nature.

Please note that all rooms have private en-suite bathrooms.

The entire property features high-speed fiber internet, with each room equipped with a dedicated repeater and LAN cable, perfect for remote working or streaming.

Both the rooms and the main hall are equipped with air conditioning and heating units. The room is also provided with a hairdryer and a customizable combination safe.

Each room is supplied with finely selected, high-quality bed and bath linens. Eco-friendly soap, shampoo, and body wash dispensers are also available.

You will have access to the "Grey" double bedroom with a private en-suite bathroom on the ground floor. Additionally, you can use the main hall (kitchen and dining area) for breakfast, meals, or remote working.
